Responsibilities
Tasks:
Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met;
Carry out administrative activities of establishment;
Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence;
Monitor and evaluate,
Plan and control budget and expenditures;
Prepare project schedules;
Monitor progress of delivery schedules;
Create and submit estimate reports, quote sheets and bids forms;
Assess client’s needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services;
Prepare and track work orders;
Identify and advise on anticipated natural risks;
Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines;
Present and explain proposals to clients;
Coordinate work activities to ensure projects meet deadlines and budgets.
