Grandora Gardens Farm is a well-established agricultural operation in Saskatchewan, known for its commitment to sustainability and high-quality nursery and greenhouse production. We are currently seeking a dedicated Nursery and Greenhouse Labourer to join our team.
Job Duties:
• Plant, transplant, and propagate trees, shrubs, flowers, and other plants in the nursery and greenhouse.
• Water, fertilize, and apply treatments to plants to ensure healthy growth.
• Monitor plants for signs of disease, pests, or nutrient deficiencies and report issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the greenhouse and nursery, including cleaning benches, floors, and equipment.
• Prepare plants for sale or shipment by potting, labeling, and packaging them.
• Operate and maintain greenhouse equipment, such as irrigation systems and climate control devices.
• Assist with general farm duties, including weeding, pruning, and harvesting, as needed.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.

• Previous experience in a nursery or greenhouse setting is an asset but not required.
• On-the-job training will be provided.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and work in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality plants.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, during peak seasons.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
