-Serve as a key liaison across project, engineering, operations and senior leadership teams, aligning administrative and finance support with changing business and project priorities.
-Proactively identify administrative and operational risks, escalate key issues and provide practical recommendations for process, system and control improvements.
Qualifications

-Minimum 5 years of progressive professional-level experience in business administration, finance or administrative services, with proven experience supervising staff, is usually required.

-Excellent communication, coordination and people-management skills, with the ability to work across departments and support multiple business priorities.
Leadership and Decision-Making
The Finance and Administration Manager will oversee the organization’s administrative and finance-support functions and exercise independent judgment in administrative planning, budget control, compliance management, records administration and the development of back-office policies and procedures.
