Key Responsibilities:
1. Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
2. Design and implement workflows using no-code automation platforms like Cflow, Kissflow, Pipefy, or Zapier.
3. Configure routing logic, approval hierarchies, and conditional processes.
4. Integrate workflows with third-party systems (CRM, ERP, cloud apps, APIs).
5. Test and troubleshoot automated workflows to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
6. Document automation processes and provide training to end-users.
7. Stay updated on new no-code tools, best practices, and workflow trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. 3–5 years of experience in workflow automation and no-code platforms.
2. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
3. Experience with major no-code automation tools (Cflow, Kissflow, Pipefy, Zapier, Power Automate).
4. Understanding of business process optimization, data flow, and integration logic.
5. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience with AI-driven workflow creation and intelligent automation.
