3. Have practical experience in LLM corpus construction, model training and optimization

1.First-hand design and development experience in the "active" dialogue system (in sales, medical and other scenarios)
2. Published papers at top AI conferences at home and abroad;
3. Worked as a team or technical leader in a first-line company.
