Night Clerk (Full-Time) — Aux Trois Moulins Motel & Restaurant, Chapleau, ON

Trois Moulins Motel & Restaurant is looking for a reliable and professional Night Clerk to join our front desk team. This is a great opportunity to work in a welcoming hotel environment and be the face of our property during evening and overnight hours.

Location: 154 Martel Rd., Chapleau, ON, P0M 1K0
(On-site work only – no remote option)

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week
Wage: $17.60/hour

Responsibilities:
• Register arriving guests and assign rooms
• Process group check-ins/outs and reservations
• Answer inquiries about hotel services and local attractions
• Handle payments, calculate charges, and complete reports
• Maintain records of room assignments and availability
• Answer phone calls and assist guests with requests, including wake-up calls
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive guest experience
• Assist guests with special needs

Qualification
• Language: English
• Education: High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required
• Key Traits: Dependable, efficient, flexible, team-oriented, and reliable
