Night Auditor (Part-Time / Full-Time)

Position Summary:
The Night Auditor is responsible for overseeing front desk operations during the overnight shift while ensuring accurate financial reporting and exceptional guest service. This role combines accounting duties with front desk responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform nightly audit of all hotel transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance
Balance and reconcile daily revenue, payments, and accounts
Prepare and distribute daily reports to management
Handle guest check-ins/check-outs during overnight hours
Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional manner
Ensure safety and security of the property during overnight shift
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Communicate any issues or incidents to management

Qualifications:

Previous hotel front desk or accounting experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and overnight shifts
Basic computer and property management system knowledge (IHG systems a plus)
Excellent customer service and communication skills

Shift: Overnight (typically 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
