New Construction Coordinator Job

Job description:

The Drain Mechanics Construction Coordinator will assist the New Construction Team in overseeing projects to ensure completion is on schedule and within budget. This position will also assist in securing needed permits, manage logistics, coordinate schedules, work with the Purchasing Specialist to order materials, coordinate communications between internal and external stakeholders, and assist in resolving all project related issues.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Serve as main point of contact for clients, contractors, and staff to ensure smooth communication and workflow
* Assist in the management of project schedules, coordinate deliveries, and allocate resources as needed.
* Work with the Purchasing Specialist to purchase necessary materials, and manage project budgets.
* Administer all project documentation including permitting, maintain filing systems, and track project progress.
* Working effectively with other team members to complete tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies:

* H.S. Diploma (or GED)
* 2+ years’ experience in similar role
* Strong understanding of construction processes
* Familiarity with Google Office Software
* Experience with Housecall Pro a plus
* Effectively communicate in English, verbally and in writing
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Collaborative and team oriented attitude

One week of vacation after one year of employment.
