Network Support Technician Job

F/T, Permanent position. Salary $36.00/hr, 30 hours per week. Location- Bolton (Vacancy-1).
Seeking a qualified person who can install and configure network hardware, software, switches, routers, servers, and firewalls. Set up GPS units and other hardware, software applications in trucks. Set up employee workstations and user network software. Inspect trucks and their communication devices every day. Troubleshoot onboard IT devices and update mobile apps for drivers. Optimize network performance, monitor everyday network traffic, and security threats. Perform data backups and install security patches. Provide support to network users and truck drivers on the road. Maintain accurate records, resolve each IT network issue, and track issues.

The successful candidate must have completed High school and have relevant experience of 1 year to less than 2 years. They must also be self-motivated and work well in a team environment.
