Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead onsite Network Administration Managed Services team.
Manage ITIL-based service delivery and operational excellence.
Act as the primary customer-facing delivery lead.
Conduct strategic planning sessions and roadmap discussions with customer leadership.
Drive automation and continuous process improvements.
Lead major incident management and RCA activities.
Coordinate with third-party vendors to resolve critical issues and escalations.
Oversee enterprise routing, switching, security, wireless, and data center network operations.
Monitor network health, alerts, and service performance to ensure SLA compliance.
