Job Summary
We are looking for a knowledgeable and proactive Network Administrator to oversee, maintain, and protect our organization’s network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth network operations, resolve connectivity issues, and enforce robust network security protocols. You will collaborate with IT teams to optimize network performance, support users, and maintain reliable communication across all systems.

Duties
• Set up, configure, and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and servers
• Provide problem-solving services to network users
• Monitor network performance and promptly resolve connectivity issues
• Implement and enforce network security measures, including VPNs, firewalls, and access controls
• Perform routine network maintenance, updates, and system upgrades
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and network access
• Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, procedures, and policies
• Provide support to IT teams and end-users for network-related problems
• Establish and follow network policies, standards, and best practices
• Ensure data backups and develop disaster recovery procedures
• Analyze network traffic and performance to recommend improvements
• Collaborate with IT and development teams on system integrations and network expansions
• Stay informed about emerging network technologies, trends, and security threats

Education:
Bachelor’s degree or a College Diploma or other program in computer science, network administration, Web technology or a related field is usually required.

Experience:
• 1-2 years of experience required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
