Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
· 7+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in architecture or senior design roles.
· Proven experience as a hands-on Solutions Architect in enterprise, cloud-native environments.
· Strong experience building full-stack applications, including:
o Front-end: Angular (or similar modern frameworks)
o Back-end: .NET / C# APIs and services
· Solid experience with Databricks and data engineering, including Spark, Delta Lake, and pipeline development (balanced with application focus).
· Experience designing and implementing AI-enabled solutions, including RAG architectures and LLM integration.
· Familiarity with Databricks Genie or similar conversational analytics / AI tooling.
· Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, including compute, storage, networking, and security services.
· Experience with API design, event-driven architectures, and distributed systems.
· Proficiency in programming and scripting (e.g., C#, Python, SQL, Bash).
· Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi) and CI/CD pipelines.
· Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks such as HIPAA and SOC 2
· Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
