Job Summary:
Mid-Level Microsoft .Net Developer with Mainframe experience needed to support and modernize mission-critical enterprise apps in a hybrid environment blending legacy mainframe systems with modern Microsoft technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze/decode legacy Easytrieve applications on IBM mainframe
• Design, develop, test, and deploy application enhancements
• Support batch processing and enterprise integration workflows
• Build ETL (SSIS) and reporting (SSRS) solutions
• Develop .NET applications; write/optimize SQL queries and stored procedures
• Provide production support and resolve system issues
• Support legacy modernization and cross-team collaboration
• Maintain documentation and support testing efforts
Required Skills & Certifications:
• Bachelor's degree (CS/IT/related) or equivalent experience
• 3-7 years software development; 3+ years IBM Mainframe
• Mainframe: JCL, CICS, ROSCOE/TSO, Easytrieve
• Microsoft: .NET Framework/Core, C#, Entity Framework
• SQL Server, T-SQL, SSRS, SSIS, Stored Procedures
• Familiarity with CMS 835/837 healthcare claim standards
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
• ANSI ASC X12 HIPAA (837/835) transaction experience
• Alabama Medicaid data specs knowledge
• Mainframe-to-API integration, Azure, Agile/Scrum
• Healthcare/government/insurance industry experience
Scheduling:
• Location: Montgomery, AL (100% Onsite)
• Duration: 11 Months (Contract)
• Hours: 40 hrs/week
