Nepali & Eastern India Cuisine Chef Job

Prepare and cook traditional Nepali dishes such as momo, chow mein, thukpa, dal bhat, and curry-based meals
Plan menus and develop recipes in accordance with Nepali culinary traditions
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet company standards
Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate daily kitchen activities
Maintain inventory and order food supplies as required
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards
Monitor portion control and minimize food waste
Train kitchen staff in preparation techniques and cooking methods
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work areas
