Neighborhood Sales Representative – Roofing Services Job

This isn’t your typical desk job. You’ll be out in the community, meeting homeowners, offering free roof inspections, and scheduling appointments for our roofing specialists. No sales background is required — just energy, dependability, and the drive to succeed.

What You’ll Do:
- Knock on doors in Geneva, FL and nearby neighborhoods.
- Talk with homeowners about storm restoration and roofing services
- Offer free roof inspections (no pressure selling)
- Schedule appointments for our roofing team
- Track your work using the Enzy app
- Stay connected with your team via WhatsApp

Minimum Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have reliable transportation

- Must be at least 18 years old

- Customer service or sales experience
- Roofing, construction, or canvassing background
- Leadership or team-building experience

Training & Growth:
- No experience required — full training provided
- Training is unpaid, but commissions start immediately
- Many new hires earn $500–$1,000 in their first week just by showing up and hustling
