NDT Inspection Technician Job

2. get PPE  (hard hat, harness for climbing height, safety glasses, steel toe boots, coverall uniform, falling protection certification, WHIMS certification etc.) ready before or after accepting this offer
3. Prepare, conduct Visual Inspection, UT and MT inspection etc on all type structure steel, machining part, casting  parts etc.; Establish NDT techniques and calibration standards; Conduct tests to ensure quality or detect defects; Establish techniques for proper examination of objects under inspection, ensuring strict adherence to company, client, government's safety regulations etc. write the NDT inspection report and edit defects comments on pictures by cell phone.
4. report NDT inspection result to professional engineer of Westernbee during inspection.
5. Good communication skills in professional methods with employee, client coworkers etc. Politely.
Continue to  learn basic knowledge of with all kinds structure steel of equipment, cranes etc. During employment time.  take measurements for engineer by tape measure  and calliper etc.  capacity to lift 50 lbs. put right PPE to do work in  Outdoors and indoors. Basic maintenance for inspection tools and extension electrical cord, small generator provide power for inspection, ladders etc.

Certification-CGSB MT LEVEL 2.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills for reporting findings effectively.
Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
Instruct less experience employee
5 years NDT experience with construction equipment cranes lifting device. etc.
