NCS Fluid Handling Systems delivers expert dewatering, water management, hydrostatic testing, filtration, and sediment control solutions across Canada. Supported by a skilled team and partners, NCS serves energy, mining, industrial, and municipal construction markets with innovative systems for river diversions, sewer bypass, wellpoint dewatering, and water treatment.

Job Requirements:
• Minimum 5+ years in a leadership, project management or operations management role (preferably in energy, construction, pump/water management or a related field).
• Education – Bachelor’s Degree
• Familiarity with fluid system components such as diesel/electric pumps, HDPE piping, valves, fittings, tanks, and filtration systems.
• Strong understanding of fluid mechanics and pumping system design is a plus.
• Essential knowledge of operating and managing pumps brands like Global, BBA and Selwood is an advantage.
• Must have previous experience managing projects related to oil and gas applications including Trans Mountain, Woodfibre LNG, and Trans Canada Pipeline.
• Previous experience dealing with pump manufacturers and distributors across North America is a plus.
• Proven track record of managing P&L, budgets, and achieving EBITDA targets.
• Strong understanding of project execution, financial forecasting, and operational controls ; 4CastPlus software experience is a strong asset.
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety practices, including hazard identification, incident management and FLHA protocols.; knowledge of SiteDocs tool is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), operational reporting tools, and LEM systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive performance in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally as required.
• Education – Bachelor’s Degree
