Job Duties:
1. Assemble and install mechanical components, parts, and systems based on workinstructions and technical drawings.
2. Perform surface-mount and through-hole soldering of electronic components ontocircuit boards.
3. Inspect solder joints for quality, ensuring no cold solder joints, bridges, or defects.
4. Inspect finished assemblies and soldered products for defects or deviations fromspecifications.
5. Test mechanical and electronic assemblies to verify correct operation and function.
6. Document assembly processes, report issues, and work with supervisors to resolveproblems.
7. Work closely with engineers, supervisors, and technicians to meet production goals andtimelines.
8. Follow safety guidelines and company policies regarding work practices and tool usage.
9. Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on improving processes and workflow.

Job Requirements:
1. 5+ years of experience in mechanical assembly and soldering, preferably in amanufacturing, electronics, or similar technical field.
2. Experience in and knowledge of remote sensing navigation instruments as well as therelated mechanical and electrical principles.
3. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, assembly instructions, andwork orders.
4. Knowledge of quality control processes and techniques, especially in assembly andsoldering.
5. Ability to work with small, intricate parts and electronic components.
6. Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electronic issues and make necessaryadjustments.
7. Knowledge of LiDARs and experience in working with calibration software, webinterfaces.
8. Minimum Bachelor's in Manufacturing and Electronics (foreign equivalent acceptable).
