Title: National Account Executive

Job Responsibilities

Key Performance Objectives: What does success in the job look like?
Build a pipeline to produce $1M-$3M in new revenue in 2025 in the signage/branding and facilities management clientele.
Develop strong relationships and understanding of the target audience and ideal customer profile.
Develop strong relationships with national companies (retailers, restaurants, name brand companies needing signage for their brick and mortar sites) seeking signage/branding and facilities management services industry.
Attend industry association events, trade shows, and affinity groups

Requirements:
•Develop new opportunities with potential clients using various hunting ad logo acquisition methods primarily including activities like emailing, phone calls, LinkedIn messaging, and other outreach (90%) and attending trade shows (10%)
•Maintain and develop strong client relationships ensuring an open stream of communication
•Manage multiple sales projects concurrently while maintaining command of details, timelines, and next steps
•Effectively use the Salesforce/CRM system
•Recommend products to customers based on customers' needs and interests
•Effectively utilizing internal and external resources to create and present solutions to prospects and clients
•Manage and adapt to changing client needs and expectations
•Communicate frequently with internal Project Managers for status updates and problem-solving as needed.
•Assist in producing a proactive action plan that helps increase brand image and meets our client’s needs and expectations.
•Ensure new and existing client accounts run smoothly and efficiently
•Develop monthly expense reports and quarterly reports
•Attend regular meetings with management and staff to discuss sales update
•Create presentations for new client meetings

•More than 3 years of National Account experience in the signage/branding or facilities management industry
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time as needed for client(s).
