Job Responsibilities
• Supervise and care for children, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being at all times.
• Maintain a consistent daily routine that supports school attendance and playtime for the children.
• Create and participate in age-appropriate activities including reading, crafts, games, educational play, and outdoor activities suitable for both children’s developmental stages.
• Support children with basic personal hygiene and daily self-care habits.
• Prepare and serve simple, nutritious meals and snacks appropriate for young children.
• Accompany the children to and from school, appointments, and extracurricular programs as required.
• Encourage positive behavior, social development, emotional well-being, and respectful communication.
• Maintain a clean, healthy, and organized environment, including tidying play areas, children's rooms, and cleaning up after meals and activities.
• Perform light housekeeping duties related to the children’s care, such as children’s laundry and organizing their belongings.
• Ensure continuity and safety in parents’ absence by following established household routines and expectations.
• Communicate with parents daily regarding the children’s activities, behavior, routines, and any concerns.
• Perform other related child-focused duties as required.

Qualification & Requirements
• Completion of secondary school.
• At least one year of hands-on childcare experience, preferably including experience with infants or formal training in a childcare-related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work calmly, patiently, and with genuine care.
• Sound judgement and intuitiveness in childcare situations.
• Flexibility to adapt to routine changes and the child’s needs.
