Wage rate: $18/hour.
Language: English
Benefit: Relocation cost covered by employer.

Job duties:
• Supervise and care for child in employer's residence.
• Oversee child’s activities, such as meals and rest periods, as instructed by the employer.
• Take the child to school and for other appointments.
• Engage with the child in play and learning activities for social development.
• Tend to the emotional well-being of the child.
• Plan, prepare and serve healthy meals for child.
• Maintain a healthy, congenial & happy environment in the home.
• Discipline child as per the parents requested methods.
• To ensure child’s development, you will be required to keep records of daily activities and health information regarding the child for the parent's review to determine if additional activities can be incorporated into the daily schedule for child.
• Organize and participate in activities such as games, singing, reading to the child, and outings to provide amusement and exercise.
• Assist parents in child’s supervision on family outings and help the child with the homework.

Employment requirements:
Completion of secondary school is an asset.
First Aid certificate/ CPR/ a Caregiver Certificate would be an asset.
7 months to less than 1 year of related experience/ childcare experience is required.
