Nanny Job

-Provide care, supervision, and companionship for the children in the employer’s home.
-Ensure the children’s safety and well-being at all times.
-Assist with daily routines, including feeding, dressing, diaper changing, toilet training (following parents’ guidance), and nap times.
-Prepare bottles, infant formula, and nutritious meals or snacks for the children.
-Support good hygiene habits, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
-Engage the children in age-appropriate activities, play, and outings that support their development.
-Help maintain consistent routines, including playtime and rest periods.
-Perform light housekeeping related to the children, such as tidying play areas and cleaning bottles or utensils.
-Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home and keep parents informed about the children’s daily activities and well-being.

-Completion of secondary school is required.
-Minimum 7 months of experience caring for children in a private household, daycare, or similar childcare setting, or completion of a child care training program, is required.
-Basic knowledge of child safety, child development, hygiene, feeding routines, and age-appropriate activities is required.
-CPR, First Aid, child care training, or early childhood education courses are considered assets.
-On-the-job orientation will be provided regarding household routines, parenting preferences, and child safety procedures.
-Ability to provide a caring, patient, and supportive environment for young children.
-Strong reliability, responsibility, and organizational skills.
-Physically able to lift, carry, and actively supervise young children as needed.
-Flexible availability, including evenings or weekends if required.
