Job Description:
The Ang Family seeks a compassionate and responsible Nanny to care for their 12-year-old child. This is a full-time, year-round, permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve meals for the child
• Assist with homework and educational activities
• Ensure the child’s safety and well-being at all times
• Engage in fun, age-appropriate activities (both indoors and outdoors)
• Provide light housekeeping related to the child’s care (e.g., laundry, tidying up)
• Encourage the child’s social and emotional development
• Give simple guidance on personal hygiene and manners
• Run errands and shop for food and household supplies related to the child
• Supervise the child’s day-to-day activities and ensure proper routine
• Pick up the child from school
• Additional duties as required
Job Requirements:
• Completion of Secondary Education
• Minimum 1-year experience in a similar nanny or childcare position, or completion of a relevant training program
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
Wages: $21.00/hr. for 30 hours per week
