Nanny Job

We are looking for a Nanny to take care of our 9 year old son residing at 46091 Higginson Road Chilliwack, British Columbia V2R 2A9. This is a full time job for 8 hours a day and 40 hours per week.

As a Nanny, you will be performing the following job duties:

- Supervise and care for the child in the employer’s own residence.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment for the child at home.
- Prepare and serve meals and snacks for the child according to the required schedule and dietary needs.
- Closely supervise the child at all times to ensure her safety and well-being.
- Bathe, dress, and assist the child with personal hygiene according to her comfort level.
- Take the child to the park and participate in age-appropriate recreational activities.
- Assume full responsibility for the child and household-related duties in the absence of the parents.
- Provide emotional support and encourage the child’s social, physical, and personal development.
- Accompany and transport the child to and from appointments and other necessary activities when required.

Number of positions: 1

Requirements:
- No specific education is required.
- Completion of a training program in childcare or some household management experience would be an asset but not required, training will be provided.
- Basic English is required.
- Fluent in Punjabi/Hindi will be an asset.

What we offer:
- $22.00 per hour.
- Terms of Employment: Full time/Permanent job position.
- 14 days of paid vacation will be given.
