Job Duties:
- Supervise and care for children, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children.
- Change diapers and maintain proper hygiene for infants.
- Sterilize bottles and prepare infant formula.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals for children.
- Organize activities, including games and outings, to support children's development.
- Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development.
- Discipline children according to the methods requested by their parents.
- Attend to children's emotional needs and well-being.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment in the home.
- Keep records of children's daily activities and health information.
- Take children to and from school and accompany them to appointments.
Employment requirements:
Completion of secondary school is an asset.
First Aid certificate/ CPR/ a Caregiver Certificate would be an asset.
7 months to less than 1 year related experience/childcare experience is required.
