Nanny Job

We are currently looking to hire a Nanny for our child. The ideal candidate should be compassionate, fun-loving, caring, trustworthy, and calm, with excellent communication skills.

Salary: $19.00 per hour
Start date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Full-time; year-round work.
Work Setting: Private home located in Abbotsford, BC.
Work Location: Abbotsford, BC, V4X 0B8 (Near Swensson Park, Abbotsford, BC)

Job duties:

• Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of the child in the absence of parents.
• Assist with serving meals and providing nutritious food to the child.
• Help the child with bathing, grooming, and dressing as needed.
• Encourage and instruct the child in personal hygiene and social development.
• Provide support with homework, school assignments, and learning activities.
• Accompany the child to school, extracurricular activities, parks, and appointments when required.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized home environment.
• Guide and discipline the child in accordance with parental instructions and expectations.

Requirements:

• Completion of Secondary school.
• At least 6 months of relevant work experience or completion of the training program in childcare or a related field.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Ability to work without supervision.
