NAND Test Program Engineer (R&D) Job

Successfully complete the following complex responsibilities: Responsible for testing, validating, modifying, releasing, and sustaining support for advanced NAND component test programs for quality & reliability development from the feasibility stage through production ramp and SSD integration while meeting schedules, standards, quality, and cost requirements; Responsible for hardware design, development, procurement, and qualification for NAND component automated test equipment and test hardware solutions. Defines/develops and conducts stress tests, DFX requirements and research on individual technology components; Responsible for physical understanding, model prediction and enhancement of quality & reliability for advanced NAND components. Develop cost effective production monitoring and screening schemes to ensure process is stable and products meet committed quality & reliability performance; and Responsible for hands-on data collection and analysis of array reliability and performance metrics to meet target spec and schedule. Telecommuting may be permitted. When not telecommuting, must report to worksite. Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or related and 3 years of experience OR Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or related and 5 years of experience.
