NAND Product Development Engineer Job

SK HYNIX NAND PRODUCT SOLUTIONS CORP. (DBA SOLIDIGM)
Plan, develop, analyze and debug Sort (wafer-level)tests to evaluate NAND component performance and failure mechanisms. Collaborate with process, reliability, design, and validation teams to investigate and resolve product and testing issues and identify improvement opportunities. Define and maintain wafer-level test flows, test vehicles, and structures specific to NAND technologies. Analyze large datasets using statistical tools to track performance metrics, spot trends, and ensure test coverage. Provide thorough validation and present findings to cross-functional stakeholders. Telecommuting may be permitted. When not telecommuting, must report to worksite. Master’s degree in Electrical and/or Computer Engineering, Embedded Electrical and Computer Systems, Computer Science, or related and 3 years of experience OR Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and/or Computer Engineering, Embedded Electrical and Computer Systems, Computer Science, or related and 5 years of experience.
