Duties
Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity
Provide body waxing services to clients seeking hair removal solutions
Educate clients on nail care routines and recommend suitable products for maintenance
Upsell retail products to enhance client experience and increase salon revenue
Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure client safety and hygiene standards are met
Deliver excellent customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client needs effectively
Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and salon productivity
Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with health regulations

Skills
Proven experience as a Nail Technician with strong nail care skills
Knowledge of body waxing techniques and best practices
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting client relationships
Ability to upsell retail products tactfully to boost sales opportunities
Familiarity with sanitation standards and safety procedures in a salon environment
Retail sales skills to promote products confidently and professionally
Creative flair for nail art and design is a plus
