Nail Salon Supervisor Job

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of nail technicians and support staff in the salon.
- Establish work schedules, assign duties, and ensure that daily operations run smoothly.
- Ensure quality control of services delivered and that staff follow proper hygiene and safety procedures.
- Order supplies, tools, and products as needed and maintain inventory levels.
- Train new employees in procedures, salon policies, and customer service standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, special requests, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports on staff performance, customer satisfaction, and supply use.
- Ensure compliance with all workplace health and safety regulations.
- Sanitize and maintain tools and workstations to ensure cleanliness and hygiene.
- Stay updated with current nail trends, techniques, and products.

Qualifications:
- Completion of high school is required
- Experience is an asset
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently.
- Must have extended knowledge of nail trends and techniques
