Wage Rate and working hours: $21.50 per hour and 30~40 Hours per week
Main Duties:
- Supervise and co-ordinates activities of workers and daily care operations
- Check and maintain materials and equipment and order supplies when needed
- Ensure smooth daily operation of equipment and machinery
- Resolve issues or problems and recommend measures to improve quality
- Train staff in job duties and safety procedures
- Have full understanding of services and products
- May perform the same duties as workers supervised when necessary
