Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Nail Salon Manager to oversee the daily operations of our salon. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for beauty and wellness, and the ability to manage both business operations and staff performance.

Key Responsibilities:
•Coordinate and oversee the daily functions of the nail salon to ensure smooth operations and quality service delivery
•Develop and enforce operational guidelines and service standards for employees
•Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and track inventory to ensure cost-effective operations
•Address customer concerns and provide effective solutions to maintain client satisfaction
•Lead promotional efforts, manage advertising agreements, and support local marketing initiatives
•Recruit, onboard, and mentor team members, ensuring they meet service and performance expectations

Requirements:
• Completion of a College education
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within the beauty industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of nail care services and hygiene regulations
