Job Duties: Direct and control daily operations; Evaluate daily operations; Plan and organize daily operations; Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff; Plan and control budget and inventory; Hire, train and supervise staff; Address customers' complaints or concerns; Balance cash and record sales; Prepare payroll; Implement marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain clients; Supervise 5-10 people.
Work in nail salon with odours.
Employment Requirements:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate; At least one-year work experience as a nail salon manager.
Strong knowledge of nail care services, products, hygiene, and sanitation standards; Ability to oversee daily operations including staff scheduling, service quality, inventory control, and customer service; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Client focus; Efficient interpersonal skills; Reliability; Team player.
Terms of Employment: Full time, permanent, 35 hours/week
Wage: $33.00/hour
