Iris Nails Salon in Surrey BC is looking for 1 Nail Salon Manager to join our team
Job duties:
• Manage salon workflow, appointments, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance.
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise technicians; resolve team and client issues.
• Ensure client satisfaction, handle feedback, and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Promote services and products, manage and implement promotions.
• Oversee sales, expenses, payroll, and budgeting.
• Uphold health regulations, maintain licenses, and train staff on safety protocols.
• Track product usage and reorder supplies to ensure continuous operations.
• Introduce new treatments or trends, ensure staff skills stay up to date, and maintain service consistency.

Qualification and Skills:
• Proven work experience in similar role for at least 1 year
• Knowledge of cosmetology trends
• Understanding of salon hygiene, health, and safety regulations
• Experience in customer service and team leadership
• High school diploma
