About the Role
Hana Nails and Spa is seeking an experienced and dedicated Nail Salon Manager to oversee our daily operations and lead our team in the McOrmond Drive location in Saskatoon, SK. In this role, you will be responsible for directing salon operations, managing staff, controlling budgets and inventory, and maintaining high standards of customer service in a fast-paced beauty and spa environment.
Job Requirements
• Languages: English
• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
• Supervision Scope: 5–10 people
• Area of Work Experience: Manicurist, Pedicurist
• Work Setting: Beauty shop, Spa
• Work Conditions: On-site (Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.)
Responsibilities
• Direct and control daily operations
• Evaluate daily operations
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff
• Plan and control budget and inventory
• Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies
• Hire, train and supervise staff
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
