### Job Description

CT Nails is seeking an experienced and organized Nail Salon Manager to oversee daily salon operations, supervise employees, and ensure excellent customer service.

### Key Responsibilities

- Direct, manage, and evaluate daily salon operations.
- Plan and organize daily business activities.
- Develop and implement staff policies and procedures.
- Manage budgets, inventory, and supplies.
- Coordinate advertising and marketing strategies.
- Recruit, train, and supervise salon staff.
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns.

### Qualifications

- **Education:** Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- **Experience:** 2 years to less than 3 years of relevant experience.
- **Language:** English.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage staff and daily salon operations effectively.

### Work Location

This is an on-site position in Lloydminster, Alberta. Remote work is not available.
