Job Description:

- Position: Nail Salon Manager

- Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time
- Wage: $30.00 per hour
- Working Hours: 30-44 hours per week
- Benefit: 4% of salary for vacation remuneration or 10 days of paid vacation.

Job Duties:

• Handle client inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain a professional service environment
• Manage client bookings, including scheduling, confirmations, and daily appointment flow
• Monitor salon hygiene and ensure compliance with sanitation, health, and safety standards
• Train salon staff on technical procedures, hygiene and safety standards, and customer service practices
• Supervise, schedule, and coordinate the activities of salon staff
• Order, track, and manage inventory of products, tools, and supplies
• Maintain basic operational records of the business

Job Requirements:

- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
- Experience: 1~2 years of experience in a nail care service role (i.e. nail technician) is required
