is looking for an experienced, full-time Nail Salon Manager.

Conditions:
 Position: Nail Salon Manager– Spa and Nail Shop (NOC Code 60040)
 Full-Time, permanent position, 30 hrs/week (Shifted Schedule)
 Able to work on weekends and holidays according to the work schedule
 Hourly Wage: $40.00 /hr
 Vacation: 4% gross salary
 Benefits: gratuities, sick leaves

Requirements:
 Minimum 1 year of experience in this position or related field.

Job Duties:
 Plan and overseas the operations of the business.
 Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff
 Plan and control budget, inventory, and requisition supplies and materials
 Establish/prepare worker’s time schedules, and work time sheets.
 Train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
 Hire, train and supervise staff.
 Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies
 Respond to inquiries or complaints and resolve problems
