Nail salon manager Job

Full-time Contract

30-40hrs/week
Bi-weekly payment

Requirement:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- 1 to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within a customer service, personal service, or salon environment.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the nail salon to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
- Plan and organize staff schedules, appointments, and daily workflow.
- Develop and implement salon policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and evaluate salon staff.
- Manage the salon's budget, inventory, and procurement of supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
