Key Responsibilities:
• Interact with clients and discuss expectations before providing nail service.
• Perform high-quality manicures and pedicures, ensuring the use of safe and hygienic practices.
• Apply various nail art techniques, including acrylics, gels, and nail polish designs.
• Consult with clients to understand their nail care preferences and provide expert advice.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following sterilization and sanitation protocols.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest nail care trends, techniques, and products.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, handle cash, and process card payments.
• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers
• Monitor quality and production levels and requisition materials and supplies
• Provide input on strategies to attract and retain customers.

• Proven experience as a Nail Care Technician with a minimum of a year in a salon or spa setting.
• Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, products, and trends.
• Strong leadership or supervisory experience in a salon environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Attention to detail and precision in nail art and designs.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
