Ando Salon & Laser Ltd. is a full-service beauty salon located in Halifax, Nova Scotia. We provide professional beauty services including hair care, laser treatments, aesthetic services, and nail care. We are currently seeking a qualified Nail Care Technician to join our team.

Job Duties

• Perform manicures and pedicures
• Apply gel polish and UV gel nail extensions
• Create nail art and customized nail designs
• Clean, trim, shape and polish nails
• Apply and remove artificial nails
• Assess clients’ nail care needs and recommend appropriate services
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and equipment
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships
• Stay updated on nail care trends and techniques

Qualifications

• Completion of secondary school
• Minimum 1 year of experience in nail care services
• Experience with manicures, pedicures, gel polish application, UV gel extensions, and nail art
• Strong customer service skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player
