Nail Care Technician Job

Clean, shape and polish fingernails and toenails and provide related treatments.
Interact with clients and discuss expectations before providing nail service.
Perform high-quality manicures and pedicures, ensuring the use of safe and hygienic practices.
Apply various nail art techniques, including acrylics, gels, and nail polish designs.
Consult with clients to understand their nail care preferences and provide expert advice.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following sterilization and sanitation protocols.
Upsell nail care products and services to clients when appropriate.
Stay up-to-date with the latest nail care trends, techniques, and products.
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
Answer phones, schedule appointments, handle cash, and process card payments.
Manage the inventory of nail polish colours and tools and reorder as necessary.

Proven experience as a Nail Care Technician in a salon or spa setting.
Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, products, and trends.
At least 3-5 years of customer service and communication experience.
Ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
Attention to detail and precision in nail art and designs.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
