Nail and Spa Service Manager Job

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate daily operations across multiple service areas (nails, facials, makeup, etc.).
• Ensure that all staff members are trained and comply with safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards for each service.
• Manage inventory for supplies across different services and reorder as necessary.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any complaints or special requests from clients.
• Oversee appointment scheduling and ensure optimal staff coverage for services.
• Handle cash transactions, process customer payments, and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment for both staff and clients, adhering to health regulations.
• Work with team to promote services, packages, and new offerings (e.g., seasonal specials or new treatments).
• Monitor staff performance, conduct regular evaluations, and provide training for new skills.
• Manage staff work schedules and handle time-off requests.
• Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and return business.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous 1-3 years experience in a beauty salon, spa, or similar setting.
• Experience in managing staff or supervising a team.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on customer demand.
• Strong knowledge of beauty and wellness treatments (nail care, facials, permanent makeup, eyelash extensions, waxing, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to address client concerns and ensure satisfaction.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain inventory and ensure a smooth workflow.
• Ability to stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques.
