We are a medical billing company located in Ravenna, OH. At this time we are searching for an Insurance Claims Follow-Up Specialist for our Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) Billing.
This person will be doing the following:
Managing auto claims and MVA Billing
Develop and implement improvements for the MVA Claims and Billing Process.
Provide Customer Service Support
Maintain understanding of insurance trends.
Follow-up on claims status with insurance companies
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills
Must be able to organize and prioritize tasks.
Must be highly organized
Must be able to follow up on client requests as assigned via email and phone.
Previous Claims Adjuster Experience is a Plus.
