Job Description:
1) Develop and enforce effective behavioral rules to create a structured and positive learning environment for students;
2) Teach elementary students music history and the fundamentals of music theory including notation, rhythm, and beyond;
3) Create an annual music curriculum and weekly lesson plans designed specifically to meet the developmental needs and learning stages of elementary students;
4) Assess and evaluate students' understanding and examinations and progresses;
5) Communicate and confer with parents regarding students' current progress and provide structured feedback
