Music Director Job

Collaborate with the Senior Pastor and Director of Programming Ministry to plan worship services that align with the sermon and church vision. Develop themes for worship services and curate music that complements the spiritual focus of each service. Address logistical needs, including equipment setup and technical coordination, to ensure smooth service execution. Collaborate with church leadership (pastors and elders) to ensure worship practices align with the church's theological values and mission. Oversee the budget for the music ministry, ensuring financial stewardship and effective resource allocation. Ensure compliance with church policies and relevant legal requirements (e.g., copyright, safety, etc.).
