Job Description:
• Prepare and irrigate soil for mushroom cultivation.
• Seed, fertilize, thin, and harvest mushroom crops according to quality standards.
• Pick mushrooms in a careful and efficient manner.
• Sort, weigh, and package mushrooms on the farm for sale or processing.
• Load, unload, and move crates, supplies, and farm products as required.
• Clean and sanitize racks, trays, bins, and the growing/packing areas to maintain hygiene.
• Assist with the maintenance of farm equipment and tools.
• Keep records or reports on harvest progress.
