(1) Software Engineer

Salary: CAD $90,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain the company’s website and software applications.
Develop reliable and scalable solutions for the speech and cognitive therapy platform.
Build and maintain application programming interfaces, databases, and backend services.
Integrate AI-powered rehabilitation features, musical games, and progress-tracking tools into the platform.
Support software integration with rehabilitation devices, sensors, and related hardware.
Perform software testing, debugging, code reviews, and performance optimization.
Implement appropriate application security, authentication, and data-protection controls.
Collaborate with AI, product, and UI/UX team members throughout the development process.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, coding standards, and software-development records.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of software development or application-development experience.
Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, or similar programming languages.
Experience with web or mobile application frameworks, APIs, databases, and cloud technologies.

Salary: CAD $95,000 – $135,000 annually

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models for stroke rehabilitation applications.
Develop and maintain AI capabilities for the company’s speech and cognitive therapy application.
Build adaptive systems that adjust rehabilitation activities according to patient performance and recovery progress.
Develop AI-supported features for speech, language, memory, attention, and cognitive exercises.
Create and optimize algorithms for music-based rehabilitation devices and interactive therapeutic games.
Analyze application, speech, movement, and device-generated data to improve model performance.
Develop data-processing pipelines for training, evaluating, and deploying machine learning models.
Integrate approved AI models into the company’s applications and connected rehabilitation products.
Monitor model accuracy, reliability, performance, and potential bias.

Responsibilities

Develop product and design ideas based on customer needs, approved budgets, and market research.
Support the development of full-body neurorehabilitation devices, music hand therapy products, and connected rehabilitation applications.
Gather and analyze requirements from patients, caregivers, healthcare professionals, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
Translate customer and market requirements into product concepts, specifications, and development priorities.
Coordinate product development activities from initial concept and prototyping through testing and implementation.
Evaluate product functionality, usability, safety, affordability, and technical feasibility.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify product-development opportunities.

(4) UI/UX Designer

Salary: CAD $70,000 – $100,000 annually

Responsibilities

Design user interfaces and user experiences for the company’s applications, websites, rehabilitation games, and interactive media.
Conduct user research to understand the needs of stroke survivors, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes.
Design accessible interfaces for users who may experience motor, visual, speech, language, or cognitive limitations.
Develop responsive application experiences for mobile phones, tablets, laptops, and other supported devices.
Design clear navigation, rehabilitation instructions, progress dashboards, feedback systems, and activity-completion flows.
