Salary: CAD $65,000–$95,000 annually

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to establish Streamline Hub’s presence in the Canadian market.
Identify prospective customers in manufacturing, retail and e-commerce, logistics and transportation, wholesale and distribution, healthcare, food and beverage, technology and construction.
Generate qualified business leads through direct outreach, networking, industry events and digital marketing campaigns.
Present and demonstrate Streamline Hub’s supply chain management platform to prospective customers and partners.
Explain the platform’s dock and yard management, delivery coordination, reporting, analytics and collaboration capabilities.
Develop sales presentations, proposals, product information, case studies and promotional materials.
Build and maintain relationships with freight forwarding, transportation, construction and supply chain organizations.
Support the development of strategic partnerships and commercial agreements.
Plan and coordinate webinars, workshops, industry events and product demonstrations.
Manage website marketing, email marketing, social media, search engine optimization and digital advertising activities.
Conduct market, customer and competitor research to identify emerging trends and commercial opportunities.
Monitor customer behaviour, lead conversion, sales performance and campaign effectiveness.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities and customer interactions through CRM systems.
Collaborate with software, operations and customer-facing teams to communicate market feedback and product requirements.
Support customer retention, subscription renewals and opportunities to introduce additional platform features.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Sales, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, business development or account management.
Experience marketing or selling SaaS, logistics, supply chain or enterprise software solutions.
Demonstrated ability to develop sales pipelines, conduct product demonstrations and manage customer relationships.
Knowledge of digital marketing, content marketing, email campaigns, SEO and social media marketing.
Experience developing proposals, presentations and marketing communications.
Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation and sales-tracking software.
Understanding of supply chain, transportation or logistics operations is considered an asset.

(2) Software Engineer

Salary: CAD $85,000–$125,000 annually

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain Streamline Hub’s web-based supply chain management platform.
Select appropriate programming languages, frameworks, platforms and software architectures for product development.
Develop frontend and backend components that support reliable and responsive user experiences.
Build and maintain databases, APIs, cloud services and integrations with customer systems.
Develop software for dock and yard management, delivery coordination, inventory tracking and transportation optimization.
Integrate Artificial Intelligence algorithms, predictive analytics and machine learning capabilities into the platform.
Integrate IoT devices, tracking sensors, RFID technologies and real-time data streams.
Develop reporting dashboards, centralized documentation and collaboration features.
Implement customizable workflows, permissions, booking forms and multilingual platform functionality.
Write clean, secure, reusable and well-documented code.
Conduct functional, performance, integration and security testing.
Troubleshoot software defects, integration issues and application-performance problems.

Salary: CAD $75,000–$105,000 annually

Responsibilities

Develop and implement quality assurance processes for Streamline Hub’s software platform.
Create test plans, test cases, acceptance criteria and quality-control documentation.
Conduct functional, integration, regression, performance, security and user-acceptance testing.
Verify that platform features operate accurately across supported devices, browsers and customer environments.
Test dock and yard management, delivery coordination, reporting, analytics and collaboration functions.
Identify, document and track software defects through resolution.
Collaborate with Software Engineers to investigate root causes and implement corrective actions.
Monitor platform performance, reliability, data accuracy and user experience.
Review product updates and releases to confirm compliance with internal quality standards.
Develop and maintain regulatory-compliance policies, procedures and records.
Support compliance with applicable Canadian privacy and data-protection requirements.
Support the implementation of controls aligned with PIPEDA, PCI-DSS and ISO 27001 requirements.
Review data collection, consent, retention, access, correction and deletion practices.
Assess cybersecurity, encryption, access-control, backup, monitoring and incident-response procedures.
Coordinate internal audits, risk assessments, penetration testing and compliance reviews.
