(1) ML Engineer

Salary: CAD $95,000 – $135,000 annually

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test and maintain Machine Learning models for the Finance Proctor platform.
Improve the accuracy of financial document processing, data extraction and transaction classification.
Develop models for invoice matching, account reconciliation, anomaly detection, fraud detection and financial forecasting.
Build and maintain data pipelines for processing structured, semi-structured and unstructured financial information.
Test, monitor and upgrade existing Machine Learning models based on system performance and customer feedback.
Identify model errors, performance degradation and data-quality issues and implement corrective improvements.
Integrate Machine Learning functionality with the platform’s backend services, APIs and financial software integrations.
Support connections with enterprise systems, accounting platforms, banks and tools such as Xero and QuickBooks.
Collaborate with backend developers, data analysts and product personnel to deploy reliable ML capabilities.
Implement appropriate data-security, privacy and access-control practices when handling sensitive financial information.
Maintain model documentation, testing records, deployment standards and technical specifications.

Qualifications

Salary: CAD $70,000 – $100,000 annually

Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new business customers, accounting firms and strategic partners.
Develop and manage a qualified sales pipeline for Finance Proctor’s subscription-based platform.
Present product demonstrations and explain the platform’s accounting automation and financial-management capabilities.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Encourage existing customers to adopt additional products, subscription plans, integrations or platform features.
Research changes in customer requirements, competitive activity and business purchasing behaviour.
Develop sales proposals, presentations, partnership agreements and account-development plans.
Negotiate commercial terms and support customers throughout the sales and onboarding process.
Maintain accurate sales, customer and opportunity information using customer relationship management systems.
Collaborate with marketing personnel on lead-generation campaigns, industry events and promotional initiatives.

Qualifications

Salary: CAD $48,000 – $65,000 annually

Responsibilities

Provide timely and professional assistance to Finance Proctor customers through email, telephone, chat and support-ticket channels.
Guide new customers through account setup, platform configuration, onboarding and basic training.
Assist customers with data imports, financial-system connections, workflow automation and report generation.
Investigate and resolve account, subscription, application and integration-related issues.
Troubleshoot problems involving document processing, transaction categorization, reconciliation and accounting-tool connections.
Record, categorize, prioritize and monitor customer-support requests through resolution.
Escalate software defects, security concerns and complex technical issues to the appropriate development personnel.
Prepare user guides, frequently asked questions, troubleshooting instructions and knowledge-base materials.
